1. Agreement to Terms

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed via Stripe. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time and retain access through the end of the billing period.

4. Content & IP

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the fingerprinting, monitoring, and takedown services.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Illegal content or activity
• Attempts to breach or circumvent security
• Abuse of the service or interference with other users

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may terminate by ceasing use and canceling your subscription.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
